此岗位薪资面议。
- Set up product defect inspection plan base on fab resource.
- Set up inline defect database, including defect library, defect to yield correlation, lesson learn collection and training.
- Help module with defect related case, trace defect case follow up actions.
- Assist for product defect related yield loss analysis.
- Yield improvement & maintenance.
- Inspection and review tool productivity improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by the leader.
