· You’ll be joining China & Singapore team, reporting to China HR Manager
Key Responsibility:
Office Admin:
· Responsible for all aspects of offices admin in the region.
· Support office manager the activities related to Security, Health and safety, support office emergency evacuation process.
· Invitation letter, visa application, hotel booking, quarantine supply and assistance for visitors.
· Travel assistance for china & Singapore employees, include but not limited to hotel booking, car arrangement, travel system maintenance.
· Coordinate with travel, visa, office supply vendors to improve the employee experience.
· Managing office cleaning, green service with service providers.
· Provide office reception, express delivery, meeting room coordination, office supply procurement, office notice board service.
· Work with office building property management for bill verification & payment.
· Support to arrange and organize office activities, and events in conjunction with HR.
HR Generalist:
· Implement recruitment activities i.e. Job post on social medias, active search candidates, CV screening, telephone interview, background check etc.
· Prepare offer letter, employment contract, contract renewal, employment certificate, insurance enrollment, profile filing for full life cycle HR support.
· Cowork with HR service agency for social insurance, housing fund contributions in each city, conduct annual review in line with government requirement.
· Perform payroll maintenance with service providers in China & Singapore, ensure
accurate execution.
· Responsible for related HR & admin system maintenance;
· Support HR Manager for training coordination, employee survey, data analysis etc.
· Other assignments by HR & office Manager.
