The Role
Working as a Customer Service Advisor II based in Shenzhen, you will:
·         Support backend transactions in SAP.
·         Perform order entry and deliveries for assigned customers.
·         Ensure quotation is available for order processing.
·         Follow up stock return and rebate process.
·         Prepare different kinds of reports as required.
·         Handle sample request and process.
 
What We Are Looking For?
Education
·         Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
Experience
·         At least 3-5 years working experience in Customer Service in electronics field.
·         Working experience with spreadsheets that involve formulas and pivot functions.
·         Experience working in fast-pace and multi-tasking environment.
Skills
·         At least 3 years of working experience with SAP.
·         Desired working knowledge of Ship/Debit process
·         Working knowledge of financial process and terms
·         Working knowledge of Excel functions and formulas
·         Good written and verbal English communication skills
Others
·         Able to work or attend meeting outside normal working hours if required.
