The Role
Working as a Customer Quality Engineer based in Shenzhen, you will be responsible for the following:
·         Handle customer component returns.
·         Communicate results internally and with customers.
·         Control and review failure analysis tasks.
·         Generate, issue and communicate FA / RMA / 8D reports internal and with customer.
·         Implement and verify actions identified.
·         Drive open customer complaints to closure within targeted cycle time.
·         Ensure that customer related communication issues are reported to the QA Mgmt.
·         Ensure that the RMA database is maintained properly (document FA steps, closing cases in DB when final report is sent).
·         Interact with Customer(s) and the contract manufacturer(s) to support MP release.
 
What We Are Looking For?
·         Degree or more in electronics or equivalent with experience / expertise in the field.
·         Academic/Engineering background
·         Semiconductor experience / customer support with technical background
·         Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in semiconductor business is required.
