岗位职责:
- Develop & implement long term sourcing and commodity strategies for Semiconductor Assembly and Testing DM/IDM commodities.
- Identify potential new suppliers and perform initial supplier assessment for commercial viability.
- Responsible for cost analysis including industrial benchmarking, market intelligence, should cost analysis and cost saving tracking.
- Responsible for NPI support including new material/equipment/spares sourcing, new supplier setup and schedule follow up.
- Work with cross function team to establish solid plan for continuous improvement for cost saving.
- Collaborate with buyer and engineering team to implement the business & technic review with key suppliers.
- Drive procurement sourcing process effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance to meet the demands of business
- Develop, negotiate, and manage purchase agreement and other agreements with suppliers.
