Responsibilities岗位职责:
·         Establish, optimize and improve the test process, procedure and system 测试流程、系统、过程、方法等的建立，优化和改进
·         Evaluate and bring in new test platform for consumer, industrial and automatic products testing 新测试平台评估、导入、改良（适用于消费级、工业级、汽车级等测试平台）
·         Product test solutions optimization including hardware, program and wafer/final test parts disposition 测试方案优化（消费级，工业级，汽车级等），比如硬件，程序，物料处理
·         Develop the test solution to improve test efficiency, like test site expansion, test time reduction, etc. 测试方案效率提升和优化
·         Evaluate and manage all MPS turnkey test house 测试厂的评估、管理和优化

Requirements岗位要求:
·         Bachelor degree or equivalent is required, major in electronics or related. 电子类专业本科或同等学历
·         Need the basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits. (Analog and Digital circuit) 具备基本元件和电路知识（模电和数电）
·         Familiar with C language or others. C++ is a plus. 熟悉C或其他编程语言，C++更佳
·         Good English skill for reading and writing. Fluent spoken English is a plus. 英语读写流利，口语交流更佳
·         Know the basis of oscilloscope and multimeter etc. 了解示波器和万用表等仪器
·         Know the basis of AD10 or Cadence etc. 了解AD10或Cadence等
·         Have knowledge about integrated circuit is a plus. 了解芯片相关知识更佳
