岗位职责:
1. Define strategy and criteria for a certain technology platform.
2. Set up and supervise module process requirment to meet device and yield requirement.
3. WAT data & Reliability data & Yield perforomance analysis and feedback for process improvement
4. Communication with customer.
5. Co-work with Litho/Etch/TF/DIFF modules to setup and develop process for a certain technology platform.
6. Co-work with DS to setup DR, Model and PDK for a certain technology platform.
