DFT Engineer (Location: Shanghai or Nanjing)

Responsibilities:
- SoC and Subsystem level DFT scan/MBIST/boundary scan/PHY test.
- LogicBist, Insystem-test
- debug on tester, porting ATE tests
- Analyze the failure parts which return from field.
 
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor, Master or above on Electronics, Communications, Microelectronics Engineering and Computer Science.
- Bachelor with 2+ years or master with 1+experience in DFT
- Familiar with the main DFT EDA tools, such as from Synopsys and Mentor, and their related methodology/flow.
