Job Description:

• Provide DRAM/SRAM/Flash technical support to customers and the field sales force. Support includes applications advice, product recommendations, and technical problem resolution.
• Utilizing many development boards and mother boards to validate our products.
• Generate Application Notes, Knowledge base articles, and drive reference design.
• Report product defects and provide work around.

• Research emerging applications to maintain a current understanding of future products.
• Work with R&D and Product Marketing to define new products.

• Coordinate various lab-related activities that support the design-in/qualification and customer production process, including but not limited to schematic reviews, system level testing/debug and design validation.
• Provide product training to the ISSI distributors and field sales force and customer.

• 5years+ working experience in memory(DRAM/SRAM/Flash) product
• Bachelor Degree or above, electrical engineering or related major are preferred.
• Good oral and written English, be able to use English as working language.
• Able to demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills including lab testing and debug (experience with oscilloscope, logic and protocol analyzers)
• Self-motivated, Hardworking, Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel as required, up to 25% of time.
