 Job Specifications：
A. Education/License：
　 Bachelor or Bachelor Above, EE is preferred.
B. Working Experience：　 >10 years semiconductor experience, have customer service / program management / MP Operation management experience; IC design and manufacturing full loop technical knowledge
C. Professional Knowledge and Skills：
1) Experienced at communication with customer and internal teams
2) IC design and manufacturing full loop technical knowledge  
3) Good at finding technical / business / operation problem solution
