1. Production Management. Well support tape-out and ramp up. 
2. Customer Technical Communication. Well understand and handle customer’s request.
3. Yield Analysis and improvement. Yield goal Set up, analysis and improvement. 
4. NPI Characterization Collection and analysis. Data collection, analysis, manufacturing guidance.

 Job Specifications：
A. Education/License：
　 Bachelor or Bachelor Above, EE is preferred.
B. Working Experience：
　 >7 years semiconductor experience, have customer service / program management / IC tape-out / Yield analysis and improvement experience.
C. Professional Knowledge and Skills：
1) Good at communication with customer and internal teams
2) Yield analysis knowledge / IC manufacturing / test / assembly knowledge 
3) Good logic thinking and engineering background
