1) BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech or equivalent in ECE/EEE, major in Microelectronics is a plus;
2) 2-7 years of direct work experience;
3) Profound knowledge and deep understanding of analog circuits; experience in mixed-signal design and joint development with RTL designer;
4) Experience with FD-SOI and SiGe-BiCMOS design;
5) Specific skills: SERDES; TIA; ADC; PAM4 CDR; DC-DC; Laser Driver;
6) Familiar with EDA tools such as: HSPICE, Spectre, HSIM/Finesim, Calibre, etc.;
7) Self-driven and proactive;
8) Team player, capable of working in a multi-functional environment;
9) Hardware development experience is a plus.
