Duties and Responsibilities:
-        Works under the general supervision of China IT manager and senior system administrators, delivers results and achieves objectives.
-        Operating an enterprise computing environment including both Windows and Linux platforms.
-        Support client systems, including Windows and Linux system provisioning, updating, inventory, monitoring and diagnosis.
-        Shares on-call duties with regional IT team, provides to internal customer proper solutions or escalation paths.
Requirements
-        College education major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent diploma;
-        Good interpersonal communication skills, fluent oral and written English and Mandarin.
-        Follow strict work schedule, procedures and instructions.
-        Reading technical document in English.
-        Listening to customer to understand problems
-        Familiar with Windows systems and Microsoft Office applications;
-        Knowledge on computer hardware such as x86 PCs and servers. Ability to perform hardware installation and diagnosis independently.
-        Capable of lifting 20kg weight;
Knowledge and Experience in any of following area is good to have. 
-        Previous experience of customer support, computer operation, data center administration.
-        Experience on scripting and programming for system administrative purpose, using language such as Perl, Unix shells, Windows Power Shell, python, etc.
-        Web application development
-        Mobile Apps development
-        Network services, such as LAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, NIS, NFS, email, or telecommunication. 
-        Virtualization or distributed computing
