岗位职责:
- Your responsibilities:
- The candidate is responsible for reliability engineering activities of process technologies for NXP. Translates the process and product requirements to a process and product qualification program. Initiates and executes this in a project together with a team of experts, according to project management guidelines. Reports effectively to stakeholders to maintain commitments.
- Conducting reliability risk assessment of process technologies in NXP semiconductors, JVs and 3PF.
- In-depth investigation and understanding of failure mechanisms, with strong focus on transistor and front-end / transistor reliability mechanisms, along with working knowledge of back-end / interconnect reliability mechanisms.
- Actively work with development engineers to devise and implement improvements at device level.
- The creation and execution of the qualification programs for process qualification programs.
- Close cooperation with Innovation centers, BLs, and RQC, for developing reliability WoW for processes and products.
- Take ownership of the qualification program (reliability parts), its creation and execution.
- Realization of the planned milestones.
- Timely completion of the qualification programs.
- Maintain and enhance the knowledge in the field of reliability and device physics.
- Awareness of current literature.
- Close working relationship with R&D departments in the relevant reliability programs.
Your Profile:- At least Bachelor Degree in Electronics, or Micro-Processor related subjects.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in relevant IC process technology and its development.
- Very good understanding of process technology with emphasis on device physics.
- Affinity towards electrical characterisation and modelling of devices.
- Experience in adjacent IC technology fields as chip design, product development, packaging and organization thereof would be advantageous.
- Flexible mindset in working outside business hours, to support experiments in factory.
- Good reporting, presentation skills, communicative and relational skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and quality tools would be advantageous.
- Must be creative, pragmatic and willingly take initiative. Enterprising, and result driven.
