-Electrical level analysis on failed device, using the equipments/test bench available in lab, or setup necessary test bench by yourself to do the test on specific circuit block.

-Co-work with physical FA engineer and 3rd party FA lab, using related physical FA method to do the destructive FA on failed device, and find the physical defect/damage point on the device.
与物理失效分析工程师或者第三方失效分析实验室合作，采用合适的失效分析手段，对失效产品做针对性的破坏性分析，找到产品失效/缺陷的物理证据。
