任职资格：
1.本科以上学历并具有半导体行业相关从事经验；
2.三到五年从事新产品导入工作经验；
3.熟悉数据分析软件或者可以简单用编程语言写一些简单的代码提取量产数据和分析图表；
4.熟悉项目管理相关背景与专业知识；
5.良好的沟通以及协调能力；
6.英语读写能力佳；

职能概述：
1.Create NPI team with cross function members to do NPI projects and success to finish all NPI period task before the project transfer to mass production;
2.Control the project production plan and every work package status,especially the cost,schedule and quality;
3.Coodinate the resources to do the trial run for NPI project in production before it transfer to mass production .And trial report as output is must.
4.Offering the consultation on process improvement activities for different departments;
