NPI-Product Engineer
 
Job Overview:

• The NPI Product Engineer will be responsible for QCOM IC NPI development in product engineering area.  A strong understanding of IC flows, wafer processing, testing, and qualification is expected.  An ideal NPI-product engineer should also be a highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills

• New products development from project planning, IC qualification, data review, production release, test time reduction and yield improvement
• New products reliability solution development & support
• New products DPPM correlation, and product correlation between system and ATE
• Trouble-shooting on different failure mode and test coverage improvement on ATE and SLT
• Production sustaining support includes production program upgrade and release, lot disposition, extended test time reduction and yield improvement, RMA analysis, etc.

• BS Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering, MS preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Highly motivated, fast learner, team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge in IC flows, wafer processing, testing, and qualification as a plus
• Familiar with new product correlation & release into production as a plus
• Experience of IC product qualification is a plus
• Knowledge in BT/WiFi/Ethernet/SOC Communication IC products and test as a plus
• Knowledge on wireless communication protocol is a plus
